[pisa cake]

The Leaning Tower of Pisa was surprisingly underwhelming. We spent about an hour perfecting our poses, making sure the other tourists weren’t ruining our super creative and original shots.  To spare you the reel, here’s a few of my favorites.

In the end, I wouldn’t have been terribly sad if we missed Pisa. But, I’ll admit, it was fun killing time and people watching the dozens of other people doing LITERALLY the same exact pose. Posers. [See what I did there?? I insulted them AND literally described what they were literally doing! Did you catch that??]

Anyway, if you ever visit the Leaning Tower, there’s a couple creative ideas I wish we had done: http://twistedsifter.com/2012/07/ten-alternatives-to-leaning-on-the-tower-of-pisa/

Like high fives. Oh! I would have died. Next time, Pisa. Next time.

  1. WOW! Love the photo.. I almost got to visit here but things didn’t work out when I was over there to actually get to go. How was it? Were you able to go inside or no?

    • thanks!

to be honest,i think the leaning tower of pisa is a bit hyped up. we just went to take pictures; we didn’t try going inside. it’s really quite the tourist trap, and we didn’t learn much without the tour. but maybe it was just hard to compete with all the sights in rome.

      • Ha ha yea very true. So true there is sooo much cool stuff to see over there.. ahh it makes me want to plan another vacation.. Are you enjoying your travels? It seems like your having a blast from your blog posts..

      • You should! Vacations are fun.

It’s been amazing! :] France has been a bit harder for me. And I haven’t been able to keep up with the posting. Which is a shame. But hopefully I’ll catch up soon!
